Payment

Warranty

Our work is backed by a written workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on materials are handled directly by the material manufacturer. Warranty details are provided in your contract.

Limitation of Liability

Roofing Hutto's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to interior water damage, loss of use, or incidental costs arising from delays or unforeseen conditions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Williamson County, Texas.
